Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time through your Sewers Club account or by contacting us at support@sewersclub.ca. To cancel your subscription click "Manage Subscription" from the homepage and log in to your Sewers Club subscription account. Go to Subscriptions/Manage/Subscription Settings and follow the directions to either cancel or pause.
Subscription Policy
Sewers Club subscriptions is a subscription service that is billed every month, 3 months, 6 months or annually, depending on the option chosen, and will be automatically charged using the payment method provided. Foreign exchange or transaction fees may apply for non US customers. You may cancel your membership at any time online or by contacting support@sewersclub.ca.
a. Fees and Billing: Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. You agree to pay in full the price for each Sewers Club Service involving your purchase of a product by credit card, debit card, or by any other payment means acceptable to Sewers Club as each payment, if any, is due. You agree to pay all applicable taxes, if any. All memberships renew once every term. If your payment fails, Sewers Club will attempt to make a successful charge up to 5 times. If Sewers Club does not receive payment by the 5th attempt from your credit card or debit card issuer or its agents, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
- AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS: For Sewers Club Services subject to automatic renewal, you agree that Sewers Club may submit periodic charges (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or yearly) until you provide notice that you wish to terminate the authorization or change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before Sewers Club could reasonably act.
b. Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
- AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe Sewers Club will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Sewers Club will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Subscription below at the Section "Cancellation Policy". For example, if you purchased your subscription January 10th, you will be billed February 15th unless you cancel your subscription before February 15th.
c. 3 Month Subscription: By purchasing a 3 Month Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for 3 full months of service. After 3 months and every 3 months thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Subscription renewal fee at the then-current 3 month Subscription rate on the date you initially signed up. You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
- AUTOMATIC 3 MONTH RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe Sewers Club will automatically process your 3 Month Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Sewers Club will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee every 3 months at the then-current 3 Month Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Subscription below at the Section "Cancellation Policy". For example, if you purchased a 3 month subscription January 10th, you will be billed April 10th unless you cancel your subscription before April 10th.
d. 6 Month Subscription: By purchasing a 6 Month Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for 6 full months of service. After 6 months and every 6 months thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Subscription renewal fee at the then-current 6 month Subscription rate on the day you initially signed up. . You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
- AUTOMATIC 6 MONTH RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe Sewers Club will automatically process your 6 Month Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Sewers Club will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee every 6 months at the then-current 6 Month Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Subscription below at the Section "Cancellation Policy". For example, if you purchased a 6 month subscription May 10th, you will be billed November 4th unless you cancel your subscription before November 4th.
e. 1 year Subscription: By purchasing a 1 year Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. You may cancel your Annual Subscription anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

AUTOMATIC ANNUAL RENEWAL TERMS: We bill your credit card for the Annual Subscription renewal fee in the first month of your next Annual Subscription.
For example, let's say you purchased an Annual Subscription beginning on March 16th 2020 and ending in February 2021. We will bill you for the second year ( March 2021 to February 2022) on March 16th 2021, unless you cancel your Annual Subscription before March 16th 2021. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Once you subscribe, Sewers Club will automatically process your Annual Subscription fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We explain how to cancel your Annual Subscription below at the Section "Cancellation & Return Policy".
Cancellation & Return Policy:
You may cancel your Membership with us at any time, subject to the time frames listed in above automatic renewal terms. You may also place a “pause” on Memberships and skip the next billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Here’s how : You can cancel or pause your membership by logging in to your Account , clicking on Subscriptions/Manage/Subscription Settings and following the cancellation or pause procedures described there. If you need help, feel free to contact us at support@sewersclub.ca.
- Cancellation Policy for 1 Month Subscription Renewals: You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time by logging into your account, clicking on Subscriptions/Manage/Subscription Settings and following the cancellation procedures described there. If you cancel your Monthly Subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next Sewers Club monthly billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect.
- Cancellation Policy for 3 and 6 month Subscription Renewals: (3)(6) Month Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time after you are billed for the then-current term and before you are billed for the next term, by logging into your account, clicking on Subscriptions/Manage/Subscription Settings and following the cancellation procedures described there.
- Cancellation Policy for Annual Subscription Renewals: Annual Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your Annual Subscription renewal at any time after you are billed for the then-current year and before you are billed for the next year, by logging into your account, clicking on Subscriptions/Manage/Subscription Settings and following the cancellation procedures described there.
No Returns: You may not return any Sewers Club boxes you receive. If you have concerns about the Sewers Club box you have received or any of the products in it, please email support@sewersclub.ca. A refund may be issued at the discretion of the company and may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will work with you to address your concerns.
If you cancel your Sewers Club Subscription you can re-subscribe any time.
